Copyright and DMCA

A route for copyright notices and counter-notices, and a plain account of what it does not claim.

Copyright notices

If you believe material available through Telleny infringes your copyright, send a written notice that identifies the protected work, identifies the material and its location, gives your contact details, and includes the statements and signature required by applicable law.

Send the notice to dmca@telleny.com.

Telleny has no agent registered with the United States Copyright Office, and so does not claim the safe harbour that registration confers. This page describes a route for notices, not a statutory shield, and saying otherwise would be claiming a protection that has not been earned. Notices are read and acted on either way.

Counter-notices

If we remove or disable material in response to a copyright notice, the affected account holder may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We will handle it according to the process required by that law.

Repeat infringement

We may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others, taking account of the information available and the requirements of applicable law.
