What to report
Report content or conduct that may involve a child, a credible threat, harassment, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, impersonation, unlawful access, or a security weakness.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Telleny is not an emergency service and cannot provide immediate intervention.
What to include
Include the account or material involved, where it can be found, what happened, and any information that helps us assess the report. Do not include more personal information than is needed.
Where to send it
Send a report to safety@telleny.com.
Reports are read by the person who makes Telleny. A reply usually comes within two weeks, and within a month at the latest. That is slower than a company would promise, and it is the honest number for a tool made by one person — which is why the line above about emergency services is the first thing on this page rather than the last.
